Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wcar app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Wcar. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that takes place under it.

Listings and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information, photos and videos you post. You must own the rights to any content you upload and must not upload anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Transactions

Wcar is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating, inspecting, transferring ownership and complying with all applicable UK laws when transacting a vehicle.

Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wcar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or any transaction between users.
